Business software
UmiHR explores how a broad people operation can become a clear, role-aware workspace. The project brings together the everyday needs of employees, managers, HR teams, and business administrators within a shared product structure.

HR applications contain many related activities, but different users need different views. An employee checks personal information and requests; a manager reviews team activity; an HR administrator coordinates records and processes. The challenge is to organise that breadth while keeping each person’s next task understandable.
The original prototype dashboard combines an overview with direct access to people, workforce, pay, talent, experience, and administration areas. Summary cards and pending actions create a starting point, while the navigation keeps individual workflows accessible. The project also includes separate workspace concepts for company, platform, and external participants. The screenshots document the prototype stage rather than a live customer environment.
UmiHR is relevant to businesses considering a complex internal platform. It shows how information hierarchy, role design, and task-oriented navigation can make a large feature set easier to understand. Actual deployment requirements, payroll rules, integrations, and access controls belong in the scope of each implementation.
