AI customer service & contact centre solutions

Better Support.
At Every Handoff.

Build AI support tools for ticket routing, reply drafting, service knowledge and conversation summaries, connected to your customer service workflow.

THE BUSINESS CONTEXT

Start with
What Matters.

Support teams often work across an inbox, help desk, order system and internal policy documents. The opportunity is to bring the right information into the conversation, reduce repeated administration and help an employee resolve the customer’s actual problem.

We design customer-facing assistance and tools for service agents around your approved policies. A pilot starts with selected request types and measures both the quality of the answer and what happens when the assistant needs a person.

YOUR FIRST ENGAGEMENT

A Useful
Starting Point.

Focused Pilot

Pilot two common support categories using approved help articles, with a handoff into the existing queue.

What We Need from You

Approved support articles, a sample of anonymised tickets, help-desk access and a service owner.

What We Can Measure

  • Correct resolution rate
  • Repeat-contact rate
  • Agent handling time
  • Cost per resolved request

Measures are agreed for your project. Results depend on the data, workflow and evaluation; they are not guaranteed improvements.

WHAT WE DO

The Detail Behind
the Capability.

01

Triage the Incoming Workload

Classify requests by topic, language and urgency using an agreed taxonomy. Identify missing order references and route tickets to the right queue. The service team sets the escalation rules for complaints, sensitive information and unusual requests. Queue priority remains explainable, and an employee can correct a classification.

02

Support the Service Agent

Retrieve relevant product guidance and prepare a suggested reply with source references. Show the customer’s authorised record alongside a concise conversation summary. Agents can revise the draft before sending. Changes to refunds, account access or contractual commitments follow the same approval process as the existing service operation.

03

Connect Channels and Business Records

Integrate approved help-desk, CRM and order interfaces where access is available. Preserve a conversation identifier so a customer does not have to repeat every detail after a handoff. Define which information may be displayed on each channel and how the customer’s identity is checked before account-specific information is retrieved.

04

Review Conversations and Service Quality

Sample conversations against the team’s service rubric, track unanswered questions and identify knowledge gaps. Reports can show which policies need clarification and which categories produce repeat contacts. Automated quality suggestions need supervisor review; a positive tone alone does not demonstrate a correct resolution.

A DEFINED ENGAGEMENT

Know What
You’re Building.

Your proposal defines the exact scope, responsibilities, milestones, and exclusions. Depending on the engagement, the work can include:

  • Request taxonomy and routing rules
  • Agent workspace or help-desk integration
  • Approved knowledge retrieval
  • Reply and handoff templates
  • Quality review dashboard
  • Pilot evaluation and support runbook

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

A Few Useful Answers.

Can it replace our support team?

The useful starting point is assistance for a defined set of requests. Human staff handle exceptions, complaints and decisions that require authority. Any expansion in automated resolution follows pilot evidence.

Can it work with our help desk?

We assess the system’s supported APIs, permissions and plan restrictions. The proposal identifies the records that can be read or updated and the handling of failed connections.

Can we offer support outside working hours?

An assistant can accept questions and provide approved answers outside office hours. Human response times, monitored availability and escalation coverage must be agreed separately.
